2. User Conduct
You agree to:
• Post honest event listings
• Treat others respectfully
• Follow all in-app safety disclaimers and policies
• Avoid spam, harassment, or abusive behavior

3. Subscriptions & Payments
Founder’s Icons and Premium memberships are optional paid upgrades. Fees are listed clearly and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your content but grant Soocio a license to display, share, or use it for platform functionality and promotion.

5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
Soocio is not liable for in-person interactions, events, or third-party services. Always use caution and good judgment.

7. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Privacy Policy. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
